V 416 Gem (GSC 1356:2826) er snertitvístirni í Tvíburunum sem var fyrst skráð árið 2005. Birta hennar (birtustig) sveiflast milli 12,7 og 13,2 eða um 0,5 bst., og er millimyrki örlítið grynnri. Birtulotan er 0,25614 dagur (6t8m50s). B.R.N.O. gagnagrunnurinn mat vægi 8/10 þegar mælingar fóru fram veturinn 2018.
V 416 Gem (GSC 1356:2826) is a contact binary located in Gemini. It was first recorded in 2005. Its magnitude ranges from 12.7 to 13.2, a difference of 0.5 magnitude. The secondary is slightly shallower. The period is 0.25614 d (6h8m50s). The B.R.N.O. database rated this star 8/10 for the importance of observations in the winter of 2017–18.

Höfundur vefsvæðisins fylgdist með V 416 Gem dagana 6., 7., 17., 20. og 24. febrúar og 2. og 3. mars 2018. Niðurstöðurnar nýttust til þess að meta frávik á tíma og draga upp birtustöðukort af umferðartíma hennar (mynd 2). Ýtarlegri greinargerð um mælingarnar eru í samantekt um stjörnuathuganir frá Hornafirði árin 2017-2018.
A number of observations (obtained on February 6, 7, 17, 20, 24, and March 2 and 3, 2018) of the EW type binary V 416 Gem in V bandpass were used to estimate time deviation and establish a phase diagram (Fig. 2). A detailed version of the observations is issued in the author’s report of observations from 2017-2018. The report is mainly written in Icelandic, with highlights in English.
