HN Psc er snertitvístirni sem er tæpar 5° suðaustan við Mirach í Andrómedu. HN Psc er einnig röntgengeislauppspretta. Dýpt aðalmyrkva er 0,2 bst. en millimyrkvi 0,02 bst. grynnri. Birtulotan er 0,32954 dagur (7t54m32s). B.R.N.O. gagnagrunnurinn mat vægi 10/10 árið 2018, þ.e. afar fáar mælingar hafa verið gerðar á síðustu árum. Það var meðal annars hvati til þess að gera athuganir á þessari stjörnu.
HN Psc is a contact binary located in Andromeda. It is also an X-ray source. The primary eclipse is of magnitude 0.2 and the secondary is about 0.02 magnitude shallower. The period of HN Psc is 0.32954 days (7h54m32s). The B.R.N.O. database rated the importance of observations 10/10 in 2018, i.e. very few measurements had been made. That was one of the encouragements to observe this star.

Höfundur vefsvæðisins ljósmældi HN Psc dagana 28. og 29. nóvember 2017, 9. desember 2017 og 1. nóv. 2018 . Niðurstöðurnar voru notaðar til þess til að meta viðmiðstíma og birtulotu myrkvastjörnunnar og draga upp birtustöðukort af umferðartíma hennar (mynd 2).

HN Psc is an EW eclipsing binary, positioned at 01 29 48 +33 03 35.7. This star was observed on November 28 and 29, 2017, and November 1, 2018. The intention was to examine its period and O-C graph and cover the orbital period to establish a phase diagram (Fig. 2).
More details of this observation are issued in a report of the author’s observations in 2018-2019. It is intended in Icelandic, with highlights in English.
